My journey into the culinary world began at the tender age of 15, under the loving guidance of my mother, who taught me the fundamentals of cooking. These early lessons ignited a spark in me, turning a simple hobby into a profound passion. By the time I turned 21, I was sharing this passion by offering cooking classes, where the enthusiastic feedback from my students fueled my desire to delve deeper into the culinary arts.

A few years later, life took an exciting turn as my spouse and I relocated to Uzbekistan. This move opened up incredible opportunities for me to fulfill numerous orders, allowing me to hone my skills and expand my culinary repertoire. It was during this period that I joined a prestigious Russian baking institute. There, I thrived as a home baker, delighting customers with my creations and refining my techniques over more than a decade.

Throughout these years, I found immense joy in mentoring and inspiring aspiring bakers, sharing my accumulated knowledge and skills. This experience has been enriching and paved the way for the next chapter of my culinary journey.
